Experience

Prior to becoming the General manager of ServiceMaster Professional Services I was the production Manager for a large restoration company in Central Missouri. Prior to that, I owned a home improvement business that performed all types of residential remodeling. This background provides me the knowledge to plan, execute, and overcome any of the challenges that might be associated with disaster restoration.

I have, through educational experience, achieved master status in all three restoration categories offered by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. This gives me a unique perspective when evaluating the best way to deal with these types of losses. I have worked on a wide variety of jobs in both the residential and commercial aspects of the restoration industry. These jobs have included fires, floods, mold, and biohazard losses.
